I moved to VI almost 10 years ago. I was introduced to a billiard league after not playing for some 30 years. While I’m still learning and growing with the game it’s great to meet so many people of all ages that embrace the game and play at so many different levels. It’s fun, friendly and gets me out of the house.

Pool, for me, is my zen. I love that every time you step to the table, it’s a different game. My full focus is on the game and nothing else matters. It is therapeutic for me. I also love it because my dad taught me how to play once I was tall enough to hold a cue and reach the table which was around 11 or 12 years old. My dad is no longer here on this earth and pool is my connection to him.
